Tropical Vibes brings the tropics home—no passport required.
Our award-winning, 5-year aged dark rum is built for people who care about flavor: oak depth, smooth character, and a clean finish that never drinks sugary. Whether you sip it neat or mix a proper cocktail, this is rum with structure and versatility—easy to love, and always in season.
Tropical Vibes 5-Year Aged Dark Rum
You know that first sip of a great drink—the kind that makes you pause, breathe, and forget what day it is for a second? That’s what we were chasing when we made this rum.
We start with fresh-pressed Florida sugarcane, not molasses, because we want that clean, natural flavor to come through. Then we give it five full years in oak barrels to soak up the good stuff: subtle vanilla, ripe tropical fruit, and a little edge of spice. No shortcuts. No rush.
We didn't set out to impress the industry. We were trying to make the kind of rum we wanted to drink. Turns out, it impressed anyway. In our first national competition, we won a Silver Medal for taste at WSWA 2025—beating out over 400 competitors, including some of the biggest names in the industry.
This is a rum for slowing down. For pouring over ice as the sun sets. For turning an ordinary Tuesday into something that feels like vacation.
Smooth. Bold. Made for escape.
That’s the Tropical Vibes way.
More than a pour. A flavor foundation.
From classic cocktails to bold, savory recipes, Tropical Vibes 5-Year Aged Dark Rum is built to enhance what you’re making, not overpower it. Its clean sugar-cane base and five years in oak create depth without added sweetness, making it just as at home in a Rum Old Fashioned as it is in glazes, marinades, and slow-cooked dishes.
Expect warm notes of toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel that layer naturally into food — adding richness, balance, and complexity without turning sticky or sweet. Whether you’re mixing, grilling, or entertaining, this is rum designed to elevate flavor across the table.
Tropic Talk
The Case for Rum When It’s Cold Out
Rum has a summer PR problem. Most people file it under frozen drinks, beach weather, and whatever comes with a tiny umbrella. If you’re not that person, it’s easy to decide you “don’t like rum” and move on.
But winter is actually when rum makes the most sense. When it’s cold out, you drink simpler—neat, one cube, something warm—and that’s when you realize rum isn’t automatically sweet. A well-made aged rum can lean dry and structured, with vanilla, warm spice, and oak from time in barrel. It belongs in the same conversation as whiskey and cognac, and it’s especially good in a hot toddy when you want something that feels restorative, not sugary.
3 Fall Drinks That Bring the Tropics Home (Simple, Not Syrupy)

St. Barts: Escape Without Apology
St. Barts refuses to play the postcard role. Its beauty is less about what’s photographed and more about what’s stumbled upon—from a mojito at Shellona that lingers in memory to a quiet cove you swear only exists for you. This isn’t escape polished; it’s escape with an edge.
